Han Khwan Ng

Han Khwan Ng has over four years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they began working as the Lead ServiceNow Developer for Talion. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture from 2017 to 2021 in various roles. Han Khwan'sroles included Cloud Migration and Implementation Associate Manager, Cloud Migration & Implementation Specialist, Cloud Migration & Implementation Senior Analyst, and Cloud Migration & Implementation Analyst. As the IT Automation Team Lead, they were responsible for assessing client's ITSM processes, designing and delivering solutions to increase productivity gain through digitization and automation with various systems. As a ServiceNow ITSM Functional Consultant, they were responsible for analyzing, planning, designing, implementing and enabling clients on ServiceNow deliverables together with the development team. Han Khwan also designed and implemented over 50 service catalogs Finance & Accounting and IT with high levels of customization.

Han Khwan Ng completed their pre-university studies at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2011 to 2012, earning Cambridge A-Levels in the field of Pre-university. Han Khwan then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering - MEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Ng has obtained several certifications, including Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management from ServiceNow in May 2020, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in May 2020, Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM I) from Scrum.org in November 2019, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2019 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2020.
