Rich Davies

Rich Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich currently holds the position of Senior Presales Engineer at Talion since March 2023. Before joining Talion, Rich worked at Vodafone for two years as a Senior Security Sales Enablement Manager. Prior to Vodafone, they were involved in various roles at East Midlands Speakers from 2018 to 2021, serving as Club Secretary and Vice President of Public Relations. Earlier in their career, Rich held positions at Vodafone Business as a Customer Security Consulting Manager from 2018 to 2021, and at Vodafone as a Security Solution Architect, Security Adventurer, and Customer Security Manager from 2013 to 2018. Before joining Vodafone, they worked at Cable and Wireless Worldwide as a Customer Security Manager for a year. Rich also gained experience at Cable and Wireless, serving as an Operational Security Manager and Solutions Consultant from 2000 to 2012. Rich started their career as a Pre-Sales Consultant at INS in 1999 and worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at internet network services in the same year. Prior to that, Rich held the role of Senior Network Engineer at The Web Factory from 1997 until 1999.

Rich Davies holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing for Real Time Systems from the University of the West of England. Rich completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, Rich has obtained certifications such as the Zscaler Certified Sales Engineer from Zscaler in July 2022, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
