Jhilik Sharma

Jhilik Sharma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Talisma since June 2025, Jhilik previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Medifit Consultants Private Limited from April 2024 to June 2025, focusing on employee well-being and corporate responsibility. Prior to that, Jhilik was Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Leadership Development at Anthology Inc from January 2011 to March 2024, contributing to innovative solutions in higher education. Earlier positions included Chief Human Resources Officer for India and Global Leadership & Talent Development at Campus Management International and Talisma Corporation Pvt Ltd, and Vice President HR at Thomson Reuters, where leadership in mergers and integration was paramount. Jhilik’s career began at Accenture India in human resources, following a postgraduate degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and an ISC in Business/Managerial Economics from La Martinere College.
