Andrew Harris

Andrew Harris has extensive work experience in various industries, including clean energy and sustainable sectors. Andrew is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talisman Advisory Partners, specializing in workforce advisory solutions for clean energy and sustainable industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Development Advisor at Unifimoney, where they focused on high-performance banking for high-earning individuals. Andrew also served as a Vice President at Piper Sandler and an Investment Banker at Canaccord Genuity Inc. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Director at Deloitte UK, specializing in financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions, and as a Chartered Accountant in the Banking & Capital Markets division of Deloitte UK. Andrew began their career as a Corporate Banking Associate at HSBC Commercial Banking.

Andrew Harris obtained a degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2009. Andrew also became a Chartered Accountant with a degree in ACA from ICAEW from 2010 to 2013. Prior to their university education, Andrew studied Maths, Physics, English, and German at King's School, Rochester. Additionally, Andrew has obtained certifications such as the Series 79 from FINRA and completed courses in US Fintech Law and Policy through Coursera. Andrew also holds a UK Financial Regulation Licence from the Financial Conduct Authority.
