Allen Shannon

Allen Shannon has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Allen began their career in 1988 as a Code 135 Apprentice at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, where they conducted various non-destructive tests on Navy ships. After that, they served as an Infantryman in the US Army from 1991 to 1995. In 2000, they worked as an Information Systems Analyst 3 for the State of Tennessee.

Allen joined Concentra in 2001 and held various roles, including Programmer/Analyst, Sr. Programmer/Analyst, Database Administrator, and IT Team Leader. In this last role, they managed a team responsible for distributing and loading EDI files for external clients. In 2007, Allen's company, Concentra, was acquired by Coventry Health Care, and they continued working there until 2020.

At Coventry Workers' Comp Services, Allen worked as a Manager in Provider Data Services, an Applications Development Consultant, and finally as the Director of Product Implementation. In April 2020, they joined Talisman Systems Group, Inc. as the Director of Product Management.
