Sergio A. Alvarez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Talitha Coffee since 2023, Alvarez drives a mission-focused specialty coffee roasting company dedicated to supporting human trafficking survivors. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, Alvarez was the Chief Executive Officer of DUCHATEAU, which specializes in mid to high-end architectural surfaces. Notable earlier roles include Chief Operations Officer at Vessel, where Alvarez led operational strategies for a bio-science startup, and CEO at Chuao Chocolatier, where a successful turnaround positioned the brand among the largest chocolate manufacturers in the USA. Alvarez's career also includes significant contributions during tenures at HP, spanning from R&D design to senior operations management, underpinned by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and an MBA in Marketing from San Diego State University.
