Jonathan Zila

Jonathan Zila is an accomplished leader in the talent acquisition and HR innovation sectors, currently serving as President of Talivity since May 2025, where efforts are focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the company's impact within the talent acquisition ecosystem. Concurrently, Jonathan hosts the podcast How to Human Today, which aims to facilitate connections and discussions around navigating human relationships. Prior experience includes significant roles at Recruitics, where leadership in revenue generation and client strategy resulted in over $30 million in annual revenue, and various managerial positions at SimplyHired, Yahoo, Wells Fargo, and The Diversified Companies.
