Mike Mascarina

Mike Mascarina, GPHR, has extensive experience in talent management within the construction and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the HR Director of Talent Mobility at Turner Construction since June 2012, Mike enhances talent management strategies for a company with a global workforce of 10,000 employees. Additionally, since September 2021, Mike has been a Board Member of TALK, the largest society for Talent Acquisition professionals, promoting collaboration and innovation in talent acquisition practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Services Executive Recruiter at Robert Walters, specializing in alternative investments, and holding various roles at AEON Corporation, where responsibilities included recruitment and instruction. Mike's career began with a sales internship at General Electric Medical in 1994. Mike holds a degree from Villanova University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
