Kulthoom Malavia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kulthoom most recently worked at Talk Straight Group, starting in 2018. Their roles at Talk Straight Group include serving as a NOC Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Senior Engineer, Technical Build Engineer, and another stint as a NOC Engineer. Prior to their time at Talk Straight Group, they worked at Docman | An Advanced Company as a First Line Support staff in 2018. Before that, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's from 2016 to 2018.

Kulthoom Malavia attended The University of Huddersfield from 2014 to 2017, where they completed a First Class Honors BSc degree in Information Technology.
