Prior to this, Jonathan founded and served as Director at Analytica Resources Ltd from May 2005 to December 2024, specializing in recruiting exceptional talent for the Telco-IT vendor and SI community. With a fifteen-year track record in recruitment, Jonathan is known for sensitivity and trust, particularly in confidential searches. Jonathan’s experience also includes a role as International Account Director at Glotel Plc from January 1998 to March 2005, overseeing sales and delivery of recruitment services to a major Telco vendor across EMEA. Jonathan holds an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Innovation, and Digital Transformation from thePower, completed in March 2023.
