Jillian Merchant

Jillian Merchant is currently a Partner and Solicitor Advocate at Talk To Thompsons, where Jillian provides a comprehensive employment law service and handles complex discrimination matters. Prior to their current role, Jillian volunteered at Brown & co. Solicitors, where Jillian worked on immigration and asylum cases for victims of sexual violence. Jillian also has experience as a Campaign Assistant at the Electoral Reform Society and as a Student Advisor at the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic. Jillian has a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Dundee. Jillian also has experience working in governmental organizations such as The Scottish Government and The Scottish Parliament.
