Jonathan Howat

Jonathan Howat is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently a Partner at Thompsons Solicitors & Solicitor Advocates since September 2014, Jonathan has also held positions as Associate Solicitor, Solicitor, and Trainee Solicitor at the same firm. Prior to that, Jonathan gained experience in conveyancing support at McVey and Murricane, and WALLACE QUINN AND CO, as well as serving as a Housing Law and Legal Aid Researcher at Shelter UK. Earlier career roles include security at Asda and sales assistant at Truly Gifted. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 2009 and 2014, and attended Bishopbriggs Academy from 2003 to 2009.
