Technical Revenue Enablement Manager

Amanda Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and sales enablement. Currently serving as a Technical Revenue Enablement Manager at Talkdesk since January 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Sales Enablement Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Principal at Mountainburg Public Schools and as a Technology Instructional Facilitator at Fort Smith Public Schools. Amanda also has experience in various instructional roles, including Director and Instructional Facilitator at New Tech El Dorado Public Schools, and as an English Teacher at New Tech Van Buren Public Schools. Academically, Amanda holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Montana State University-Bozeman, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arkansas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Arkansas Tech University.
