António Novais is a highly experienced technology professional, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer and Zone Architect at Talkdesk since September 2015, where responsibilities have included roles from Tech Lead to Senior Engineering Director. Prior to this position, António held the title of Senior R&D Engineer at IBT - Internet Business Technologies, contributing to the development of a SaaS product for real-time visitor engagement. António began a career in research and development at iSimplex.com, focusing on innovative home automation products. Early technical experience includes internships as a Computer Hardware Technician at Prologica.
