Carlos Cano

Carlos Cano has extensive experience in analyst relations and corporate communications, currently serving as the Director of Analyst Relations at Talkdesk since August 2020, after progressing from Senior Analyst Relations Manager. Prior to Talkdesk, Carlos worked at Cisco from January 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included leading analyst relations for Latin America and overseeing market research procurement. Additional roles include Activations Coordinator at NCO Group, managing client data and presentations, and positions at Abbott Diabetes Care and Hewlett-Packard, with a focus on budget management and procurement. Carlos holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kaplan College.
