Eric Babb

Eric Babb currently serves as a Senior Manager in Business Process at Talkdesk since November 2020, after previously holding the position of Business Process Manager. Prior to joining Talkdesk, Eric spent nearly nine years at Enterprise Holdings, where roles included Business Solutions Manager, Technology and Business Process Manager, and Information Management Department Manager, among others. Eric's experience involved collaboration with software teams to develop solutions for rental car companies, insurance carriers, and body shops, as well as managing significant data entry and quality control teams. Earlier in Eric's career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, positions included Assistant Manager and Management Trainee. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Truman State University.
