Fábio Colaço

Fábio Colaço is a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing serverless applications, designing and managing APIs, and overseeing AWS infrastructure. Currently employed at Talkdesk since March 2020, Fábio previously worked at Swogo where similar responsibilities were undertaken from March 2017 to February 2020. Fábio also contributed to research on recommender systems with deep learning techniques as an MSc Student Researcher at LASIGE, and taught Programming 1 in Python as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. An early career role as a Software Developer at Chip7 involved creating a school management application. Fábio holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, as well as a credential from the Cisco Networking Academy in Network Engineering.
