Lawrence Chase

Lawrence Chase is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering and Principal Architect WEM at Talkdesk since December 2019, Lawrence oversees architectural roadmaps and technology evaluations. Previously, at Verint from November 2005 to November 2019, Lawrence held multiple roles, including Director of Software Development, where responsibilities encompassed people management and major project co-management. Lawrence's career also includes significant positions at Exametric and Kiran Consulting Group, where expertise ranged from software development to technical consulting. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
