Selva Kumar

Selva Kumar is a Senior Product Designer at Talkdesk, where they focus on the intersection of technology and UX design to enhance human-computer interaction. Previously, Selva worked as a User Experience Designer at PwC Acceleration Centers, where they created design systems and facilitated ideation workshops for over 40 clients. Selva also held a position at Acies, where they established user research frameworks and conducted usability tests that significantly improved design solutions and customer retention rates. Selva earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Institute of Road and Transport Technology from 2014 to 2018. As an avid artist and guitarist, Selva enjoys photography and gardening.
