Taylor Barr, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Manager for People Technology & Analytics at Talkdesk, driving HR technology strategy and analytics for data-driven decision-making. With a robust background in people analytics, Taylor previously held the position of Head of People Analytics at Contentful and managed advanced analytics at DaVita. Additional experience includes talent assessment at PepsiCo and various academic roles at the University of Connecticut and Montclair State University. Taylor holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, complemented by a Master's from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's from the University of Minnesota.
