Erin Hahn is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at FURTHER since March 2023, with a strong track record of exceeding growth targets in the Skilled Nursing vertical. Prior to this, Erin held multiple leadership roles at A Place for Mom from January 2020 to February 2023, including Senior Manager of the National Customer Success Team, where Erin coached a nationwide team of Customer Success Managers, driving significant performance and revenue growth.
