Stephanie Rhodes

Stephanie Rhodes, MBA, CMA has extensive work experience in finance and business operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at FURTHER, a role they have been in since March 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Operations at the same company from July 2022 to March 2023. Stephanie also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Business Operations at FURTHER from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior to their time at FURTHER, Stephanie worked at IFA- North America LLC as the Controlling and Treasury Group Lead from June 2019 to August 2021. Stephanie also worked at KION North America as a Senior Financial Analyst from April 2018 to June 2019. Stephanie's earlier experience includes roles at IFA Rotorion - North America LLC as the Group Leader - Accounting from February 2018 to April 2018, and as a Financial Analyst from September 2017 to January 2018. Stephanie also worked as a Junior Product Controller at IFA Rotorion - Holding GmbH from June 2015 to August 2017 and as an International Business Trainee at IFA Rotorion - North America LLC from June 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, Stephanie has experience in tutoring, finance internships, peer facilitation, and social media marketing.

Stephanie Rhodes, MBA, CMA, has a strong educational background in business and international studies. Stephanie completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of South Carolina from 2018 to 2020, with a concentration in Business Administration and Management as well as Finance. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business and a B.A. in German, both of which they earned from the College of Charleston between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their degrees, Stephanie has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2017, they became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Stephanie also holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina, which they earned in 2020. Stephanie has further expanded their knowledge by completing an Introduction to SQL course from DataCamp in the same year.
