Daria Pszenna

Daria Pszenna has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daria began their career at Wolters Kluwer Polska in 2015 as an Assistant in Marketing, and later transitioned to the role of Junior Specialist in Research until 2019.

In 2019, Daria joined Talkie.ai as a Voicebot Designer and Business Analyst, where they played a crucial role in designing and analyzing voicebot technology. Daria initially held this position until 2021, when they were promoted to Conversation Design Lead. Currently, their role remains with the company, but since January 2023, it has been as a Voicebot Designer and Business Analyst.

In addition to their work at Talkie.ai, Daria also worked at the Empowering Children Foundation (Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę) from 2019. Daria started as an intern and later took on the role of a Consultant for their helpline, the "116 111 Helpline for Children and Youth." Daria provided assistance and support over the phone to children and young people in need. Daria's tenure at the foundation lasted until November 2021.

Overall, Daria Pszenna has a strong background in voicebot design and business analysis, along with experience in research, marketing, and providing support to children and youth in need.

Daria Pszenna has pursued their education at the University of Warsaw, where they completed Międzywydziałowe Indywidualne Studia Humanistyczne (MISH), a interdisciplinary individual humanities program. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
