Andrés Valencia is the Founder and CEO of Deliberate Breakthroughs, a boutique Management Consulting & Leadership Development Firm, since November 2019, bringing over 40,000 hours of experience in leadership, coaching, and training. Additionally, Valencia serves as a Corporate, Leadership, and Executive Coach at Talking Talent, working across various corporate settings. Previously, Valencia held roles such as Director of the Dutch/Spanish Speaking Desk at YER USA, Program Manager for Patient Experience Improvement at UChicago Medicine, and Advisor in Experience Improvement and Innovation. Early career experiences include roles in project and location management within the cleaning services and hospitality sectors. Andrés holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from DePaul University and a Certified Professional Coach designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
