Caroline Guibert-Pavillet started their career as a Public Questions Editor at Ask Jeeves, Inc. in 2000. Caroline then worked as a Marketing & PR Manager at KX Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, they became a Freelance Translator as a self-employed individual. From 2004 to 2006, they took a break and went on a round-the-world trip. In 2007, they joined Michael Page International as a Consultant in the Human Resources Practice. In 2009, they transitioned to Korn Ferry, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in the Industry & Human Resources department until 2018. During the same time period, they also founded Salamander Consulting, where they supported individuals and organizations through transitions and offered leadership development services. In 2018, they became the Managing Director, France at Talking Talent. In 2020, they joined Heresy Consulting as an Associate. From November 2022, they hold the position of Executive Coach at Hult Ashridge.
Caroline Guibert-Pavillet has a diverse education history. In 1995, they completed their MSc in Management from emlyon business school. Caroline then pursued further education in 1997, attending the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business for a semester abroad in their MBA program.
In more recent years, Caroline attended various institutions to specialize their studies. From 2016 to 2017, they completed an Executive Master in Clinical Organizational Psychology - Consulting and Coaching for Change, graduating with distinction from INSEAD. In 2018, they enrolled in Hult Ashridge and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching, which they completed in 2021.
Additionally, Caroline has pursued certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2011, they obtained the VOICES® 360° Feedback certification from Lominger International, a program offered by Korn Ferry. In 2021, they achieved the Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI) from Hogan Assessment Systems, as well as the Accredited Coach (Senior Practitioner) qualification from EMCC Global. Caroline also received the Ashridge Accredited Coach certification from Ashridge Executive Education, a part of Hult International Business School.
To further expand their knowledge and expertise, Caroline pursued additional training in the field of ecotherapy and ecopsychology. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Ecopsychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and, in 2022, an Advanced Training Certificate in Ecotherapy from the same institution.
