Emma Findlay is an accomplished Research Officer and Teaching Assistant at Leeds University Business School, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility and Management Research Analysis and Design. As a Doctoral Researcher at the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre, Emma studies multiteam systems. Emma is also the Founder, Teacher, and Lead Consultant at Solasta, providing support for stress and burnout recovery, and promoting healthy workplace environments.
