Lucy Dale has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lucy started their career in 1994 as a Classified Sales representative at The Independent Newspaper. Lucy then worked as a Display Sales representative at The National Magazine Company from 1997 to 1998. Lucy then transitioned to a Sales Manager role at BBC Worldwide from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they joined The OPC as an Occupational Psychologist, where they performed various tasks such as designing psychometric exercises, delivering assessment and development centers, and implementing competency frameworks. Lucy also worked as a Business Relationship Coach at Optima Human Resource Consultants Ltd, where they facilitated management development programs and provided leadership coaching. In 2009, they established their own company, Dale Associates Ltd, specializing in coaching and leadership development. During their time at Dale Associates, Lucy focused on helping senior executives reach their potential through executive coaching and career development. Currently, Lucy is the Director of Coaching EMEA at Talking Talent, where they are responsible for coaching operations in the EMEA region.
