Ash Cruz

Ash deeply connects to many of the communities TalkingPoints serves. Having grown up in a Spanish-speaking immigrant household, Ash recognizes student success is a team effort, and they are committed to helping bridge language barriers between schools and families. They are thrilled to be a part of the Support team to ensure everyone can find success with TalkingPoints, no matter their background.

Ash joins TalkingPoints from the higher education field, where they worked to reduce equity gaps related to college knowledge and basic needs for first-generation students. Ash graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a double major in Education Sciences and Urban Studies.
