Alejandro Arias

Alejandro Arias is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer service, health education, and UX design. Currently serving as an Intake Specialist at Cayuga Centers since March 2022, Alejandro conducts vital tasks for unaccompanied children, including initial assessments and data management. In addition to this role, Alejandro has been a UX Designer with TalkMarkets and a UX Design Immersive Fellow at General Assembly, showcasing expertise in user experience design. As an HIV/STI Health Education and Testing Specialist with the LGBT Network, Alejandro organizes community outreach and education initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Housing Case Manager at GMHC, where Alejandro provided comprehensive case management services, and as a Front Desk Manager at Hyatt Place, overseeing daily operations and customer service. Alejandro holds a Certificate of Completion in UX Design from General Assembly and an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Madison Area Technical College, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at William Paterson University of New Jersey.
