Danielle Keats Berkowitz has a long and successful career in business development, operations, and fundraising. Danielle began their career in 1997 as a Program Associate for UJA-Federation of New York, where they developed and implemented fundraising and engagement events and managed the assignment and closing of all major gifts to the Young Leadership Campaign. In 2000, they moved to The Jewish Federations of North America as Assistant Director of Young Leadership, where they managed an annual department budget of $1 million and identified areas of potential improvement that resulted in cost savings of 13%. In 2002, they became a Senior Program Executive at Claims Conference, where they supervised 270 Holocaust research, education and documentation grants totaling over $41 million in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, the former Soviet Union, Israel and Africa. In 2004, they moved to AJC Foundation as Director of Programming, where they were responsible for all office operations and staff and obtained $1 million of program funding from individuals, foundations and government institutions through grant writing. In 2016, they joined TalkMarkets as Director of Operations and, since 2006, they have been a Founding Partner at REACH3K, providing strategic business development focusing on small businesses, NGO's and start-ups in the US and abroad.

Danielle Keats Berkowitz earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wurzeiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University between 1996 and 1998, with a focus in Community Planning/ Non- Profit Management. Danielle also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Yeshiva University between 1993 and 1996, with a focus in Community Organizing/ Jewish Communal Service.
