Jeremiah Hawkins

Jeremiah Hawkins, LICSW, is a seasoned professional in social work and program leadership with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Talkspace since October 2025 and Vice President of Programs at The Bridge for Youth since March 2024, Jeremiah has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director for Children and Family Services at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis and Chief Programs Officer at D.A. Blodgett - St. John's. Additional experience includes positions at the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, DC Child and Family Services Agency, and The Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a BSW in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
