Julie Choi

Julie Choi is an experienced professional in network strategy and provider experience, currently serving as the Associate Director at Talkspace since June 2019. In this role, Choi leads strategic initiatives focused on network growth, provider engagement, and support operations while managing a high-performing team. Previous positions at Talkspace include Senior Manager and Provider Experience Manager, where Choi collaborated on product development, analyzed user feedback, and organized community events for a provider base exceeding 2,000 users. Prior to Talkspace, Choi held roles in network operations and analytics, as well as internships and positions in academic and community settings, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
