Michael Rodio

Michael Rodio has a diverse work background that spans various industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Production Assistant at 360 Entertainment, where they assisted with editing creative pitches and backstage roles. In 2012, they became an Editorial Intern at Notre Dame Magazine before moving on to work as a Writer at the University of Notre Dame's Department of Development, where they launched and edited The Daily Domer and wrote fundraising proposals.

In 2014, Michael joined NBCUniversal, Inc. as an Overnight Digital Editor and Writer, responsible for editing and writing news stories. Michael then transitioned to American Media, Inc. in 2015, initially as an Associate Digital Editor for Men's Fitness before being promoted to Senior Digital Editor for Men's Fitness and Muscle & Fitness. In this role, they managed a 13-person editorial team and oversaw daily operations, as well as implemented various improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team communication.

Michael's career continued to evolve, and in 2019, they joined FlexIt Fitness as a Product Marketing and Development Summer Associate, where they contributed to the development of new product features, marketing strategies, and public relations initiatives. Later that year, they started working at Talkspace, first as an MBA Analytics Intern and then progressing through roles such as Senior Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Science Manager. Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Data Science at Talkspace.

Michael Rodio earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Piano Performance with a focus on Music and Journalism from the University of Notre Dame between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they participated in study abroad programs at Royal Irish Academy of Music in 2010-2011, specializing in Classical Piano, and at Trinity College in the field of Music during the same period. Michael also holds a certification as a PADI Open-Water Diver from PADI.
