Alex Irons

Alex Irons is a versatile radio and sports commentator with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Producer for talkSPORT, Alex has contributed to 'Overnights with Paul Ross' and provided studio production for Rugby League and NFL/Super Bowl coverage. Additionally, Alex works as a Technical Producer at GBVision and as a Sports Commentator for both the London Broncos and VIBE 107.6 FM, where hosting the show Late Night Vibe occurs every Sunday night. Previous roles include serving as an audio descriptive commentator for visually impaired spectators at Fulham FC home games with Alan March Sport Ltd, as well as working as a Technical Operator for Global's LBC and performing stories for stroke survivors with InterAct Stroke Support. Alex's earlier career includes positions in radio presenting, with a background in leadership roles at Smoke Radio and Hard Rock Hell Radio. Alex holds a BA in Radio and Digital Production from the University of Westminster and additional qualifications in Radio and Television, as well as Sports and Exercise.
