Job description

Talksure is growing and we are on the hunt for experienced Team leaders to lead, coach and develop our incoming teams.

We are an outbound contact center that specializes in insurance products for the South African market. We are target driven and BIG on our people. The successful candidate will have an extraordinary track record in coaching, mentoring and improving teams, they will be well versed in leading from the front and getting people over the line!

You will need:

  • Min 2 years team leader experience in an outbound sales environment
  • Matric or grade 11
  • Strong communication skill
  • Heavy on people centric
  • Ability to coach and develop
  • Intermediate skill in excel
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to simplify
