Alexandra Michael

Alexandra Michael (nee Shore) is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at TalkTalk since January 2022. With a strong background as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tarmac, Alexandra has played a key role in significant business transformations and employee relations, managing large-scale change programs and complex HR issues. Prior to Tarmac, Alexandra held a regional HR Manager position at Faccenda Group Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations across multiple sites. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
