Glenn Sutton is an experienced professional in project delivery and customer service management, currently serving as Project Delivery Lead at TalkTalk since July 2017. Prior to this role, Glenn held the position of Contact Centre Team Manager from February 2006 to September 2014, where management of a team of 14 advisors focused on resolving customer faults and complaints was a key responsibility, aimed at reducing customer churn and enhancing overall service quality.
