Jacob Knight

Jacob Knight has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked at Habitat where they held various roles, including Group Head of Commercial Marketing and Group SAP Project Manager. In 2008, they joined T-Mobile as the Head of Direct Trading, responsible for the growth of direct sales. Jacob then moved on to EE in 2011, where they held several leadership positions such as Head of Acquisitions and Head of Acquisition & Proposition - Pay Monthly. During their time at EE, they played a crucial role in developing market strategies and delivering strong customer acquisition and retention results. In 2016, Jacob joined TalkTalk, first as the Head of Sales and Loyalty and currently as the Sales & Trading Director - Future Fibre. Throughout their career, Jacob demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, acquisitions, and strategy development.

Jacob Knight attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a degree in Accountancy (ACA).
