Swetha Singh

Swetha Singh has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Swetha is currently the Head of Software Engineering at TalkTalk since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as the Head of Programme from November 2021 to November 2022 and as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager from September 2020 to October 2021. Before joining DWP, Swetha held positions at Ignite Insurance Systems, including Head of Delivery from January 2017 to August 2020 and Head of Testing from January 2013 to January 2017. Swetha also worked at Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2007 to August 2010.

Swetha Singh earned an MSc in IT Management and Organizational Change from Lancaster University in 2010-2011. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including NIST Cybersecurity Framework Professional Foundation, PRINCE2 2017 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training, Professional Scrum Master level I, BCS (ISEB) / ISTQB Foundation, and 70-497 - Software Testing with Visual Studio.
