Insa Traut is an experienced professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as Regional Director of Customer Success for Northern Europe at Talkwalker since March 2017. Traut leads a team of seven, focusing on achieving retention and growth targets while mentoring team members and managing client portfolios. Collaborating closely with the VP of Global Customer Success, Traut plays a critical role in shaping team and market strategies based on thorough data analysis. Prior to Talkwalker, Traut held positions as Sales Manager at Gamned!, where expertise in programmatic media technologies was leveraged, and as Inside Sales Manager at Vossloh-Schwabe Deutschland GmbH, overseeing technical and commercial customer support in Scandinavia and North-Rhine Westphalia. Traut holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hessische Berufsakademie.
