Simon Koechlin

Simon Koechlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Talkwalker since December 2021, Simon specializes in social listening and consumer intelligence, assisting over 2,000 brands with data analysis. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Directeur Conseil at SOFTEAM Agency - Groupe Docapost, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and managing large public and private client accounts. Simon's career includes leadership positions at Hyptique, managing business development and client projects, as well as roles at Concept-Image that involved business development and production coordination. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Technology of the Image from Université Paris 8, along with degrees in Image Engineering and Computer Science and Multimedia from IUT Reims and IUT Orsay, respectively.
