Tall Oak Midstream
Mr. Starr and his team manage the engineering and construction of processing plants for Tall Oak. His team has constructed three grassroots cryogenic processing plants, two liquids treating plants and various other plant upgrade projects. Mr. Starr has over 30 years of industry experience including 22 years in midstream in operations management and managing capital projects in the Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Niobrara and Permian basins.
