Lindel R. Larison

COO & Founding Partner at Tall Oak Midstream

Mr. Larison has more than 12 years of experience in the midstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. As Chief Operating Officer of Tall Oak, he leads a team of accomplished project managers, engineers and field operators, who oversee the operation, engineering design and construction of all Tall Oak natural gas and crude oil facilities. His efforts and expertise led to the completion of 175 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of operational cryogenic processing capacity, 66 MMcf/d of nitrogen rejection capacity, 53,000 horsepower of compression and over more than 500 miles of pipeline in various phases of operation and construction across both Tall Oak natural gas processing systems in the company’s first 18 months of existence.

Prior to forming Tall Oak, Mr. Larison most recently worked for Chesapeake Energy Marketing in Oklahoma City, where he helped manage and administer the technical aspects of various natural gas gathering contracts between Chesapeake and Access Midstream Partners. In 2013, he helped negotiate the divestiture of Chesapeake’s midstream assets for proceeds in excess of $545 million.

Mr. Larison held various other roles within Chesapeake, including manager of construction and engineering where he oversaw the execution of more than $500 million of midstream projects across the Barnett, Haynesville and Anadarko basins. Mr. Larison’s midstream experience includes the engineering, construction and operation of natural gas gathering and processing systems. Prior to joining Chesapeake in 2007, he served in various process engineering roles at Chevron Phillips beginning in 2003.

Mr. Larison serves on the board of the Mid-Continent Gas Processors Association and is active in the local community. Mr. Larison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife, Donielle, have two young girls and live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
