Lisa Lennox

Lisa Lennox has a diverse work experience in the field of HR spanning over two decades. Lisa began their career in 2001 at Tallaght Hospital as an HR Generalist and worked in various roles within the organization until 2018. Lisa then transitioned to Children's Health Ireland as a Change Facilitator for a period of four years. In 2023, Lisa joined Tallaght University Hospital as the Head of HR for the Medical Division.

Lisa Lennox completed a Master of Science in Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from The Coaching and Mentoring Partnership in 2018-2019. In 2013-2014, Lisa studied Industrial Relations at Dublin Institute of Technology, and in 2011-2012, they pursued Strategic Human Resource Management at the National University of Ireland. Lisa Lennox also completed a course in Personnel Practice at the Institute of Technology, Tallaght in 2002-2003.
