Will Gayton

Will Gayton is a seasoned technology leader with significant experience in climate tech and software engineering. As Co-Founder of Tallarna since August 2016, Gayton has helped develop the award-winning company that focuses on executing decarbonisation projects through data analytics and efficient funding. Previously, Gayton served as CTO and VP of Engineering at HELIOS Exchange from September 2012 to June 2016, where the focus was on making building simulation accessible through machine learning. Other roles include Senior Software Engineer and Development Operations Manager at MSCI Inc. and RiskMetrics Group, as well as Director of Technology at Innovest, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical infrastructure and leading diverse engineering teams.
