Mike Williams

Mike Williams has extensive work experience in the construction industry, specifically in preconstruction and project management roles. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Preconstruction at Talley Riggins Construction Group, LLC since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the President of Williams Development Group since November 2018. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as the Preconstruction Director at MYCON General Contractors. Before that, they held positions such as Preconstruction Manager at Overland Corporation, Preconstruction Director at Panattoni Construction, Inc., and Director of Preconstruction at Walton Construction. Mike also has experience outside the construction industry, including roles as a Portfolio Manager / Proprietary Trader at LaSalle St. Securities and as a Product Support Specialist / Service Support at Caterpillar Inc. Mike's work experience includes managing estimating and business development/marketing departments, developing strategic business plans, and managing divisional operations. Mike has also conducted cost estimates, scheduling, subcontractor buy-out, value engineering, and project coordination.

Mike Williams attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
