Rob Marsellis

Rob Marsellis has had a long and varied career in business and finance. Rob began their career in 2000 as the Director of Finance, FP&A at Cox Communications. During this time, they were responsible for revenue, OPEX, and capital across a $550M department, providing executive support and supervision for over 600 employees. Rob then moved to the University of Phoenix in 2006, where they were recognized for excellence in the classroom as an Adjunct Faculty in the John Sperling Graduate School of Business. In 2019, they joined The Persimmon Group as a Senior Consultant, consulting both private and governmental clients to develop and implement operational, financial, and strategic plans. Currently, they work at TALLGRASS_AI as the Executive Director, Decision Strategy, aligning client strategy with tactical business practices and creating functional business management and process governance practices.

Rob Marsellis has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1989. Rob also has a MBA from Webster University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005 in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Cox Communications including the Emerging Leader Executive Development, Insight Development Program - Franklin Covey Co., and Leadership 2.0.
