Sarah Sandberg

Sarah Sandberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah'smost recent role was as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Tallgrass Energy starting in 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Sustainability and External Affairs at PDC Energy, Inc. from 2023 to 2023. Sarah has also held various positions at DCP Midstream, including Vice President of Sustainability & Energy Transition, Senior Director of Commercial & Corporate Development, Senior Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs, and Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. Before joining DCP Midstream, Sarah held leadership roles at the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and Community Outreach and Local Government Coordinator. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Director at GoAuto Insurance and held communications positions at the Office of Governor Bobby Jindal and United States Representative Bobby Jindal. Sarah also has international experience as a Micro Credit Manager at the MSSRF Research Foundation in Chennai, India. Overall, Sarah has a strong background in sustainability, energy transition, communications, public affairs, and leadership.

Sarah Sandberg has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. In 2007, they also participated in a study abroad program at Temple University, Japan Campus, focusing on International Affairs. More recently, between 2016 and 2017, Sarah pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
