Jennifer McCormick has over 15 years of experience in consumer marketing and brand management. Jennifer began their career in 2005 as the Marketing Director for Bluff View Art District, where they developed and implemented marketing and branding strategies for the parent company and eight different entities. During their tenure, they led the company to a net profit increase of between 8-25% per entity and created detailed sales plans for all wholesale products.
In 2008, they joined Whole Foods Market as a Regional Marketing Programs Specialist, where they oversaw all marketing efforts for new and existing markets, including community partnerships, sponsorships, guerilla marketing, advertising and public relations. Jennifer also defined and oversaw the creative strategy, development and execution of more than 100 annual marketing programs for the South region. Jennifer was later promoted to Marketing Team Leader, where they executed National and Regional marketing programs and initiatives, and fostered Team Member participation and passion surrounding marketing initiatives, in-store events and community partnerships.
In 2015, Jennifer joined Merial, a Sanofi Company, as a Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing. Jennifer drove consumer preference through alignment with brand strategies, and development, execution, and management of marketing programs that motivated consumers to ask for products by name. During their tenure, they led brand awareness scores across all categories of consumer-facing brands, yielding total sales of over $14B annually.
In 2017, Merial was acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim, where Jennifer continued to serve as a Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing. Jennifer implemented on-going process improvements that helped exceed program KPIs by 50%-400%.
Most recently, in 2018, Jennifer joined Talli™ Baby as the Chief Marketing Officer.
Jennifer McCormick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Berry College - Campbell School of Business, with a focus in Business Administration and Marketing. Jennifer also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Center for Cross-Cultural Studies.
