Raili Argos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raili started their career in 1999 as a Branch Office Manager at Hansabank and subsequently worked as an Office/HR Administrator at Philip Morris Estonia. In 2003, they joined EMT as a Key Account Manager and stayed with the company until 2016. Raili then moved to Telia Eesti, where they held various positions including Team Leader, Head of Digital Customer Care, Head of B2C Contact Center, and Team Leader of International Service Support. In 2020, they became the Head of Customer Operations at Tallink Grupp.
Raili Argos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Concordia International University Estonia from 1995 to 1999. Raili later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completing it from 1999 to 2005.
